Owen is a Professional Engineer and leading Quantum, Delay and Project Management expert, who has specialized in claims, dispute resolution and the management of distressed projects in Canada, the US and APAC for the past twenty-five years. He has wide-ranging claims and dispute resolution experience with over thirty years in the construction industry. His specialties include:
