Associate Director [Full Time]

A role in which the individual is encouraged to build upon their existing construction contacts and client base, and will have previous experience of providing cost advice within the expert advisory arena. Having been appointed as an expert previously is advantageous; but not essential. The individual should have well rounded experience in the domestic and/or international construction sectors, with a sound technical appreciation of the pre-construction and construction quantity surveying processes. 

The applicant should have the following:

  • Hons degree + in a construction related field
  • RICS qualified
  • Strong IT skills in Excel and Word
  • Report writing experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and as an individual
  • Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach
  • Excellent Client engagement skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret formal instructions of appointment

Senior Consultant [Full Time]

A role in which the individual will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced construction professionals, in the expert advisory arena. The individual must have experience as a quantity surveyor, ideally working in a combination of main contractor and consultant quantity surveyor roles. The individual should have excellent analytical skills and be able to communicate well with the CCi team. They must be professional and personable when client facing. The individual should have a desire to maintain life-long learning with the aspiration to become an integral CCi team member, and a recognised construction & engineering disputes professional.

The applicant should have the following:
